For the past 12+ years, I’ve worked closely with News UK as part of their in-house creative team, Pulse Creative, through agencies such as TAG Worldwide, Wunderman Thompson, and now VML — a leading international creative company that combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce to create connected brands that drive growth.

As a Senior Digital Designer/Developer at VML, I bring email campaigns to life — from concept to execution. This includes everything from bold promotional emails and personalised customer journeys to automated workflows and engaging newsletters.

I work across platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign, often integrating interactive elements to drive results. I’m equally comfortable with design and development — using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma to produce campaigns that are visually polished and performance-driven.

I also build modular email templates and reusable components, fragments, and blocks that help create emails more quickly and efficiently within marketing platforms. Testing and optimisation are integral to my process, using tools like Litmus and Email on Acid to ensure flawless delivery across devices and clients.
